Each church is responsible to provide adequate adult supervision for their group. A qualified counselor is a responsible adult who is at least 20 years of age and who passes a background check run by Gracelife Chapel.

A minimum ratio of 1 adult counselor for every 10 students of the same sex is required.

A minimum of 1 male and 1 female adult counselor is required for each group.

Example: A youth group registers 22 students with 13 girls and 9 boys. They would require 2 female counselors and 1 male counselor. Two of the three counselors' registrations would be free.

Counselors and student registration rates are the same.
